Are You Writing Tests to Make You Move Faster?
In his opinion, if you're startup with limited resources in time, writing tests is no. In prototype code, he says, often tests just get in the way. The fastest way to spend all your startup money is to write code that has no way to confirm it's still working and then spend 10x the amount of time Debugging a new bug while fixing old bugs isn't an effective strategy for a startup.
