"I've had times where I've actually told my clients when they're like on the verge of, all right, we're done. And I literally did that," he says. "My management is poor at this point." He uses a service called Fancy Hands to set up virtual assistants for his clients. It's not cheap but it can be very helpful in scheduling meetings and other tasks.
