CVA - Is There a Competency Around Advocacy?
There's a whole competency around advocacy of volunteer involvement in the CVA. It's about being able to develop volunteers as advocates, both for themselves in their roles, but also for our mission and strategic goals of our organisations. So I think there's certainly a focus on that in the C VA as well, definitely. And part of that's about kind of the communication strategies that we must have with different stakeholders.
