The Case Study of Delhi
This was a major exercise to try to analyse parking as part of the big picture. The 16 plans that are made, however, are predominantly residential areas. So we still don't know whether the residents are being charged for parking. What I'm going to do through the case study of Delhi is really make the case of mainstreaming parking management in transport policy and projects.
