I'm really tempted to ask you about making work not the centre of your life. I am all about helping people to social buffers and social interactions. Don't buy all your stuff on line for your business, kind of, go and interact with real people. There's so much data that shows that those shallow social interactions are really, really key to our well being. And we're missing out on those. So, yes, i you know, that's my illegal advice. Ope to find some people congregate sasly. It turns out that those those bits of contact, those i contact, even one study showed, with other humans, they make us feel rooted in our communities
