Is Your Retainer a Key to Success?

The retainer is really our kind of success marker. Not only, oh, did we get a customer, are we adding enough value that they want to stick around? And then at some point down the chain, they would close out. So you could also measure the stats of how long, what's the average duration that somebody stays with coaching,. What's the average number of months or when do they close out? We also do a feedback survey when they wrap up, so we can get any feedback, positive testimonials for the coaches or areas for improvement.
