The Power of Procrastination
I was working as a musician at the time and trying to get a record deal as it's really a good way to procrastinate from writing, you know, 80,000 word thesis. So I remember I had this goal where I wrote to a bunch of record labels and sent off my demo and I had thisgoal that I would want to cover this particular wall in my bedroom in rejection letters before I could even hope to get an acceptance of a record deal. That is super cool. Like almost a red to the ball though, like in the sense of sort of,. you know, keeping stock of like everyone, like, it's a little bit humble brag isn't it?
