The Importance of Staying Hydrated
A lot of you have drinking guidelines for yourself, sort of in place. I don't allow myself to have a drink unless I've had more water than usual during the course of the day. If it's a depressive day, then I don't drink because alcohol tends to make my brain amplify how I'm already feeling. Deanna has this to say every time I catch myself saying, I need a drink, I'll stop drinking for a week just to make sure I'm not relying too much on alcohol. Rwanda writes in to say she always alternate water with alcohol when out at a wedding or somewhere where she knows she'll drink more.
