I think we all have days, even our language, right? We say things like, I'm out of breath. Let me take a breath. Like these are all breath related, whether it's positive or negative. So I do believe that whatever challenges we have in life, learning to breathe is probably the best skill we can learn. It took Charlemagne a while to get it but he eventually did. What should people be feeling and what should they be doing for meditation? You're bringing your awareness to three different types of things: visualization, sounds and mantra. That really isn't the point. The point is taking time to build that practice and that habit.
