Is There a Difference Between a Management Consultant and an Independent Consultant?
In the management consulting market, expertise plays a more important role. Clients are not too happy with somebody who has six months of experience or 12 months of experience in an interesting field. So i think if you have that very strong expertise, you have that power of renewal, thet's say. And so they need to solve their issues alone. If not, they at least need to find a client who helps them to to get around and be at the undsuccessful.
