Over the Counter Medicine - What's the Fuck?

I noticed the first time I got sick in Japan. It's over the counter shit you pay like 20 bucks for one box and it lasts you like a day because you're taking five pills per Like they recommended like before and after of email take five tablets. And that worked a million times better than the over the counter stuff. That doesn't work. Never buy medicine here. I can't take most of it anyways because my blood can't even bother. I mean, you're saving money. So I don't even know. So I just don't bother.
