I feel like it's so important to talk through these cases that are sitting with us. Or really the cases that we frankly just feel burned by. I started therapeutic lovanox on a patient for just a regular old DVT and the next day he ended up in the ICU with hemorrhagic shock from erectus shephemotoma.
