The Challenges of Running a Bar in a Large Building
Everything's ordered by an app, obviously in the current climate especially. And you just order from whichever venue you want. It's quite cool concept. So why don't you sell food? Are you not allowed? Yeah. But again, because it's quite a delicate balance. The main bar that's applied are a customer of mine, they're a client of mine. We need to send a loan venue that can do all of the above really and make a better GP. If you turn 25 grand, what do you get to keep? I probably start about 10% James I reckon.
