White Planes Sewage Disposal Works

Supreme Court Justice Arthur Tompkins is being lobbied by big doo-doo. The town of Skarsdale wants an injunction restraining the village of white planes from operating its sewage disposal works. D.H. Dykeman representing the village objected on the ground that such a restraint would do great injury to 2000 homes. So Justice Tompkins ordered the matter a jorn the matter for two weeks. In the meantime, the village authorities will try to improve the plant so that the town will have no cause for complaint.
