Do You Have a Recommendation for Disclosure?

We have a lot of questions about when and whether to disclose. Is it recommended to do so during the interview or during the hiring process? Do you have a recommendation for that? I would recommend now, and this is just through my experience, is to be upfront about who you are. And if you promote yourself upfront, then that's going to give them the better opportunity to understand you.
