The software support business, right? Like it's a complete fail. There is extremely, extremely few truly open source firmware hardware solutions out there for a reason. You have to put a lot of R&D up front and like it's hard to get that if you don't do IP. We find ourselves in this permigulment all the time, right? How can we be the most open that we can and sort of try to still fund ourselves? There are no easy answers.
