Russian Crude Oil Price Cap Discussion - I Don't Think So
Starting on December 5th, the European Union will embargo all imports of Russian oil. At some point after that, there's this discussion of a price cap that would be jointly under the the guise of global oil guru Janet Yellen somehow imposed. "I do think it's a interesting theoretical argument that has been haphazardly and terribly executed," says John Defterios.
