The Legal Structures of the Global Refugee System
No country is required to accept all migrants, of course. We have a migration problem here in the US at our border as well. There are obligations and there's certainly scenarios where both international and EU law are being violated with the treatment of these migrants. Is there any recourse available for migrants who are in these situations and stuck in detention camps in Libya that are funded and supported by the EU?
