i feel like this week, i'm starting to hear some pushback from folks about purdiginal right. We're missing out on not only all five senses around a object or product, but the connection with an exbert, with the human. And buying stuff on line is so easy, but how do you convey quality, and how do you experience things? That's a great question. I tend to think about, sort of, maybe call them the reasons customers go to retail, or think about retail.
