Xionlinx and AMD - What Are the First Things That You Need to Implement?
The company culture receptivity to who the decision makers are varies pretty markedly between companies. We're starting with a somewhat lighter touch approach, something that is more palatable and in the spirit of acknowledging how much work is going on in the company independent of M&A. So we're starting small, we're part of our charter, our remit for the upcoming number of months is to implement a playbook and processes more fully in AMD. I think we'll get there. The way Jeff and I have been approaching it, and this is still work in progress is recognizing that we are not where we were at 16 months ago now.
