The Importance of Part Time Employees

A lot of it comes down to mandated overtime and even with our customers they're experiencing 15 twenty 20Twenty five percent turnover. We have a large part time component, 14 of the 103 employees are part time. They're very flexible. If they're a student at one of the local colleges, you know, we'll work with them. There's a large range in what people do. But it's a long term game not a short term week by week game.
