I've been at youtube for seven years, and i feel like i'm just now at the point where i understand, granted, youtube is huge, and there's lots of moving parts. But it takes so much time to just wrap your head around it. And influencing those types of things, those are really scarycause usually, like, this type of stuff i'm thinking t now, and it's very much pushing what i'm comfortable with. Lepa, i've never done this stuff before. I'm learning a bunch and having a lot of influence that i never had before. I love it. Being able to influence on boarding and design team processes is so valuable. So few people
