I'm always putting in the center piece of my management style and the same as with trust. So I'm putting a lot of trust and empowerment also on my employees and talents and entrepreneurs. And maybe the greatest lessons I would say also large corporations or especially everything is possible. If you want to do it, you could do it not let you not stop by people saying we have always done it like this and that will never work. Yeah, just do it and it is possible. You should always try to find the right ecosystem."
