Psycho technologies change us more rapidly than normal technologies, i guess. They arim, not sure about more rapidly, but perhaps more deeply, at least more deeply. And then the externalization of psychotechnologies our social institutions. I mean, part of what we do is we? The original computers were human beings, right? You had a floor in a business whereif you needed computation, you sent it down there and they did itthe most. Now, that's a power, and it can be used for good and for ill, as you can well imagine,. yes, i but it is a tremendous power.
