What's the Best Recovery Method?

There's a different relationship with exercise as a professional athlete than with a general fitness population. If you like foam rollers, if you like posting videos of yourself at an ice bath on Instagram, they would hear for it. And that's what makes you happy like, I'll like that shit all day. Most people don't need to necessarily recover from exercise. But the rest of your 168 hours in a week, let's say on a good week, people might spend six hours in the gym. That's relatively not a ton of time but if it's going to be increasingly higher stress, you need to kind of document your performance.
