The only thing that's important is actually just getting content up. When we were really pushing, we used to do two or three posts a day. Now that Instagram is kind of dying down, there's less post in general. So it doesn't matter if it's easier for reals or for static posts or carousels, but just get something out once a day. The difference between making five static posts a week and one reel or the other way around will make a huge difference.
