I think a lot of people might have romance about themselves that causes them to say buy something that would require a lot of diligence to keep using and doing. If you're like that, then imagine, well, how likely am I to stick with this thing given how well, how long I've stuck with things in the past? You can maybe be a bit more realistic. There's lots of things you can buy that don't require so much ongoing diligence to use.
