Mat topley, founder and president of lansing street adviser. He says bond investors are going through things in their portfolio that they've never seen before on the fixed income side. If you use private real estate, especially garden style apartments, which we do a lot of, they're very low correlation to stockmarket returns. And ifyou if you look at your wrist return charts, private real estate has a slightly higher than bonds, but a much higher return over the long term.
