How Do I Calculate My Hourly Rates?

I really do recommend anybody out there who is running their own business to do the actual calculations of what your time is worth per hour. If you're sitting at home all day and you feel like, oh, i had a whole work you don't just get to divide that by eight hours in the office. You have to have it some kind of anchoring in reality. I am really, really strict about, was this a solid forty minutes of writing? If it wasn't a solid 40 minutes of writing, it doesn't count.
