Turning the News Off
A colleague and I both admitted that we basically stopped watching and listening to the news. It was stressing us out too much. So for me, i've turned off all the news. As rachel said in to day's post, i stick to my routines. And i feel a lot more accomplished and less stressed. In fact, over the pandemic, i've published five articles and have edited three different text books. Not meant to be a humble brag, but just to show you routines and check lists and maybe turn off the news can go a long way.
