Hire the Right People for the Job

Don't let your friends or family hook you up with the deal. Hire professionals whenever possible. They usually know what they're doing and if they aren't trustworthy, they don't tend to last too long in the business. Learn from my mistake. No one ever regrets hiring the right person for the job. Just because someone was acting weird, it didn't mean it was all about me.
