How to Reconnect After Initiating a Break in the Relationship?
i think the first thing that comes to mind for me is when you are going to be the one to initiate a break, or your partner's asking for a break. i do think it is portant to put in a specific container around that. For some folks, that can range everywhere from, i just am going to go away for a week, just a cind of collect my thoughts and have some time apart,. And so we're going to take a little break. And then when we reconnect, the whole purpose of it is just to keep it light and fun, you know, just to go to an event together."
