There's but one transaction that we were involved with that we didn't walk away from. It was a business owned by a guy who used to be in sales, started as on business mamma. His wife was doing the books, and she was not an accountant. And his daughter was doing some of the siarn management. None of the systems were talkin wit each other. The data was bad. That should have been the point for us to say, listen, there's something just doesn't swell right. This doesn't seem like a go deal we want to do. We got desperate.
