What's Your Take on the DOJ Special Counsel?
There's no question that this investigation, certainly the Marlago investigation and more broadly the January 6th investigation, is heading to that very controversial point. I think you can safely assume that the department believes that they are coming up to an indict or no indict decision. The one advantage here is that he'll be on the receiving end of those attacks, less so the department and the FBI. And that's a good thing for those institutions long term.
