Anglian water chief executive Peter Simpson is this week's turd of the week. His company were fined 150,000 pounds for discharging sewage into Bedfordshire's delightful river Till. The runner-up was also a previous executive from Anglion Water. Sir Adrian Montague has just been put in charge of Thameswater, which is really, really in trouble.
