Brookfield Properties is hoping to offload Booker Rataan's Mizner Park in Florida. Wells Fargo financed the 1.4 million square foot building that is set to rise in flat iron with a $575 million construction loan. The project is one Madison Avenue and is set to be built by a joint venture between SL Green, Hines and the National Pension Service of Korea. It has an estimated $2.3 billion price tag.
