The Canadian Cocktail: The Caesar

The classic Caesar is made by using lemon or lime and rimming the glass with celery salt. It's been called the National Clock Tale and even has its own day. May 18th is National Caesar Day in Canada. There's even one restaurant in Vancouver that serves as Caesar with the following garnishes: Roasted chicken, a burger, onion rings, chicken wings, pulled pork, mac and cheese hot dog, and a brownie for dessert.
