San Francisco's Open Air Drug Deal

i was the first person to expose and report on a supervised drug consumption site in one of our big downtown plazas. The city announced yesterday that they would be shutting that thing down at the end of this year. On the ground, it's as bad, if not worse, than ever. We're just in a overall crime and drug and homelessness crisis in the united states. Unlike every other developed society, we don't have a functioning mental health system.
