How Do You Get Your Body Compose Right?

I started doing martial arts practice, like Tae Kwon Do and kickboxing probably about three to four times a week. And then from there, I'm like, oh man, I'm not as strong muscular or lean as I used to be. So then I just kind of started layering in very low volume like hypertrophy training and then slowly increasing the volume to try to make sure that I'm not going. Because like I said, I'm going deeper and harder.
