Are Cities Declining in America?
America is in a very, I think, unique case there because what I've seen in Europe is actually, in a sense, an anti-rural boss. So this phenomenon of cities declining seems to be very much an American phenomenon. Would you agree with that? Yeah, I think it's more amplified here. You certainly have poor cities in Europe. We talked about it, but I think you've got a stronger welfare state for starters. Much less. People fall as far as we let them fall in the United States.
