Malaysia's Petronas plans to expand its corporate VCR by up to $200 million as early as April. Walmart is investing another $200 million in Indian payments arm, Fonpei. The investment was done at a pre-money valuation of $12 billion and is part of an ongoing financing effort for startup caroline.
