Al says his sleep schedule has been shifted since returning to the gym. He now wakes up between 7 and 7 30am, with two sessions a week at the jim as i mike. His trainer works him "like a dog," but he'd rather do it in front of people than behind closed doors. Al is looking forward to getting back on track this year.
