The movie is about a man who decides to buy a tree in the most dangerous neighborhood for his kind. He disregards legal counsel's advice that he shouldn't do it because of its safety concerns. "I think this would be for me as a clinician a driving factor in diagnosing a man," says psychologist and NPD expert David Perry. 'He doesn't have the resilience or the coping mechanisms to fight off that temptation'
