Young: All sin is wrapped up in one definition. It's not the little things you do wrong. Those are sins, plural. Sin is you being your own God. At the end of the day, it's just a red-handed rebellion against God's rule. So when we ask, Lord, forgive us, our debts, we are acknowledging our natural bent toward rebellion and repositioning ourself in a place of surrender before our king.
