What Causes Low Frequency Fatigue?

There are several things that could cause low frequency fatigue. It seems to mostly be calcium driven. If you get impaired calcium release with any given kind of sub maximal level of muscle stimulation, you wind up with low frequency fatigues. A muscle damage can be a contributor here. Another factor is an accumulation of inorganic phosphate within the muscle fibre which interferes with the inner actions between actin and myasen. So those are all local factors that could make everything feel harder than it otherwise should.
