The Negative Tone in the Markets

The market keeps saying effectively, we think this number is going to be bad and then it comes out good. There's a real disconnect between certainly the jobs numbers and just the tone among every fund manager that you speak to. And I think that tone kind of comes down to there is evident economic weakness right now. The soggiest bit unambiguously to me is manufacturing.
