Predatory Inclusion in Home Ownership

Inclusion, for me, was a way to try to bridge the the past with the new realities created in the aftermath of red lining. And so for me it was important to show how a decades of disinvestment, decades of segre and thea physical distress that that created in the properties and black majority a neighborhoods then became evidence for banks who said these are the reasons why these neighborhoods should be treated with caution.
