I think the most important thing is to take a break when you can. We're gone so much on training, doing our job for deployments and stuff like that. When you can actually take that second and just relax and be with your friends and family, it is really important to do so. And that's only going to benefit you later on. That is the day that I'll tell my grandkids about one day," he says.
