Is There a Better or Worse Situation?
I find it not an easy dilemma because the thing is almost by definition, all of our problems are first-world problems. So at some point you have to still make space for the fact that problems are problems. Some people do have more of a capacity for stoicism than others. It's not purely your fault if you experience quite small sadnesses or problems as quite big things. You can work on it, but still, that's part of who you are. Other people might be very, very resilient and good at dealing with crisis just naturally. And also, different people's brains do process things in different ways.
