I discourage sellers from one obsessing over their competitors, and for two analyzing every single thing that your competitors are doing. I would say that a lot of the times when you sit down and you decide that you're going to start a business, we build out our customer profile. Are they male or female? What age demographic are they in; what is their average income level? Those are all important things to ask ourselves.
